Excellent for pilot training, easy cabin loading for critical care patients and thrilling for any pilot.
Introduction
Main Features at a Glance
Proven Performance and Reliability
The Garmin G1000H® NXi Integrated Avionics System in the Bell 407GXi has been designed to improve situational awareness and reduces pilot workload. The detailed graphical landscape helps focus your instrument scan — while allowing you to view mapping, terrain, obstacles, traffic, weather overlays, airport diagrams and more.
Drive System
The Kaflex driveshaft is a rugged, low-maintenance design that requires no lubrication. The drive system incorporates a Kaflex driveshaft between the engine and the transmission. The flexible shaft allows smooth transfer of torque and accommodates movement of the transmission in flight.
World Class Engine
The Rolls Royce 250-C47E/4 Engine is considered best in class worldwide and has accumulated over 200 million hours of flight time making this one of the proven, most reliable engines ever built. This engine optimizes fuel economy while increasing performance, providing the power and innovation needed for the Bell 407GXi.
Dual Channel FADEC System
Dual The Bell 407GXi is the first single engine commercial helicopter certified with a Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) system. This system is designed to enhance flight safety and reduce pilot workload.
Health & Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) Option
The Bell 407GXi customizing includes the installation of a light weight (10 lb/4.5 kg) Health & Usage Monitoring System. The Foresight MX has an easy-to-use interface that makes HUMS accessible for small operators of light aircraft with streamlined rotor track and balance, exceedance monitoring, and fault detection.
Single Pilot Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Option
For the last 30 years, only twin-engine helicopters have been certified to fly IFR, until now. With this IFR single-engine certified aircraft, owner/operators can now increase mission capability alleviating cancelled flights on low visibility days. In addition, the IFR kit gives better situational awareness and overall better ground-reference position information. Note: Certified under the FAA and applicable to all Bell 407GXi’s
Built for Your Comfort
The reliability, speed, performance, and maneuverability of the Bell 407GXi helicopter is integrated with a cabin configurable for a wide variety of missions and payloads. It features a spacious interior with room for up to five passengers to enjoy wide-open club seating. Passenger comfort is enhanced with a quiet and smooth ride in virtually all-weather conditions.

Customization
Safety is at the center of everything we do here at Bell. We understand that our responsibility to our customers extends far beyond the aircraft sale. We are committed to providing the resources necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our products.
The new 407GXi Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) provides flight data monitoring and offers maintenance predictability, so you get early warning of potential maintenance problems. This system not only saves you time and money but provides enhanced visibility into your Bell 407GXi.
The Bell 407GXi gives its owner the ability to create their very own custom cabin space. This space offers easy entry, swift loading and can seat six passengers. Also, it has the widest cabin door in its class, more than 85 cubic feet of passenger space, and an additional 20 cubic feet for the front left cockpit space.
Readability and clarity are never an issue with our new high- resolution LED displays. The new G1000H NXI hardware is four times faster when providing quick startup, smoother map rendering, and high pilot responsiveness allowing for greater situational awareness and safety.
